Strategy
Why the positioning has shifted patient-first
Sitemap and site architecture
This sitemap is designed for Rachel’s initial review. It keeps the visible patient-facing website simple while allowing PractitionerPro to support lead capture, course delivery and future professional education when the time is right.
Visual sitemap
For the first meeting, the main menu should stay focused: Strategy, Website Home, About, Sitemap and Brand Concept. Everything more operational can remain behind Admin until it is needed.
Why the positioning has shifted patient-first
The public-facing brand demonstration
Rachel’s story and credibility
The build architecture
The visual and messaging rationale
Live review pages
These pages are designed to create clarity and confidence without asking Rachel to approve the entire future ecosystem in one conversation.

MVP build pages
The immediate build should support the 31 May MVP: a strong website, simple lead capture, a clear online-resource vision and enough CRM structure to follow up properly.
| Page | URL | Purpose | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coming Resource / Course Page | /whole-story-health | Introduce the online resource vision, who it is for, and what early access means. | Build next |
| Waitlist / Audit Page | /whole-story-health-map | Capture patient/public interest and optionally segment referrers using PractitionerPro. | Build next |
| FAQ | /faq | Answer safety, suitability, medical disclaimer, referral and online-resource questions. | Build next |
| Contact / Referrer Interest | /contact | Provide a simple enquiry pathway for patients and a separate route for doctors/referrers. | Build next |
Later expansion
| Future Area | URL | Purpose | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Protected Resource Area | /course | Participant access for the eventual online resource, lessons and worksheets. | Later |
| Community / Group Support | /community | Optional future support layer once the public offer has been validated. | Later |
| Professional Education | /professional | Future physician/practitioner-facing project, not part of the first public MVP. | Later |
| Blog / Education Hub | /articles | Search-led patient education after the core pages and lead capture are stable. | Later |
Build sequence
Strategy, Website Home, About, Sitemap and Brand Concept are the immediate discussion pages.
Build the public Website Home, About, simple course/resource page, waitlist/audit and CRM tagging.
Connect PractitionerPro forms, tags, email confirmations, pipeline stages and enquiry routing.
Add protected learning pages, content modules and possible community only after the direction is approved.
Legal and trust pages
These pages do not need to be prominent in the client review menu, but they matter once the site captures leads or sells any online resource.
| Page | URL | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Privacy Policy | /privacy-policy | Required for patient/public lead capture and email communication. |
| Terms and Conditions | /terms | General website, purchase and participation terms. |
| Medical Disclaimer | /medical-disclaimer | Clear boundaries that online education does not replace personalised medical care. |
| Course Terms | /course-terms | Specific access, refund and participation terms once a course/resource is sold. |
Present the five visible pages first. If Rachel approves the direction, the next practical build should be the coming resource/course page, waitlist or audit capture, CRM tagging and essential footer legal pages.
